Project Description
Amanzi Engineering subcontracted Simrens Engineering to collectively commission and install a Calorifier unit that will be in service 24/7, 365 days a year.
A new 2000 litre tank which is made of high quality Stainless steel was covered with a lagging and protected with Galvanized steel sheets. The Calorifier was then levelled and connected to existing steam plant pipes.
The design was made robust and compact for ease of maintenance. The unit was then water & pressure tested after the installation for leaks also in the old infrastructure; it performed as per the design and expectations.
