Project Description
Over sixteen corroded valves at a Power Station had to be refurbished. Our major task was managing the personnel, operations management and safety and health.
The project kick started by removing the 13 valves from the Power Station for refurbishment. The operations had to be carried out in line with health and safety regulations where we achieved a zero percent accident report. The valves were protected with a corrosion resistant material and further tested at 6 Bars. The process was a huge success and thanks to our dedicated team of electrical, mechanical and metallurgical engineers for bringing the project to a successful completion.
Simrens team of engineers worked tirelessly throughout the duration of the project to ensuring that the technical specifications on painting and sealing jobs were carried out to specification and in achieving a 100% compliance.
